Stateside with Cynthia Canty interview

Thanks for inviting me to talk about green burial, Cynthia. As you can see from this September 9 broadcast on MIchigan Radio, I am passionate about sharing info about natural burial and how meaningful it is. Too bad its so darn difficult to find a cemetery that offers this choice. We have to work on that. The upcoming conference should help. We are going to talk about why we need more options and how to create them. I’m so glad that folks from all over are joining in the Michigan conversation. It will help to hear from them how they do it. We welcome Pete McQuillan from Penn Forest in Pittsburgh, Ellen McDonald from Eloise Woods in Austin, Mary Woodsen from Greensprings in upstate NY, Amy Wilkerson from Kekosing Nature Preserve near Kenyon College in OH, and our own Russ Burns from The Preserve at All Saints in Waterford and Dan Wagner from Marble Park in Milan.

If you want more local options, please help spread the word and reach out to your local mortician and cemetery to encourage them to come. Tickets here.
